Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. The duty fees will be paid by the customer.

Your Right to Return

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your delivery, without giving any reason.

Return Process

To return an item:

  4. Pack the item securely in its original condition with tags attached
  5. Ship the item back at your own expense using a tracked service

Conditions for Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless unopened in original packaging)
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry

Refund Method
